Property Owners Association
The Tahoe Lake Estates Property Owners Association (POA) established in 1959, is the successor to the Tahoe Land Company, Inc.
​
POA members must be property owners within the neighborhood, and pay annual POA dues.
​
Property owners within Tahoe Lake Estates are bound by the covenants and restrictions outlined within the Association's bylaws, regardless of dues paying status.
Our community is a place of togetherness, where individuality thrives and everyone's voice is heard.
